My Approach to Helping

I have been a practicing therapist for almost 20 years I believe that mutual communication and interactive sessions sprinkled with some humor can make a difference in how effective a session can be. I have the ability to be flexible, I believe that being real and honest with each other will help facilitate the change you are looking for.
