My Approach to Helping
I am naturally drawn to supporting others find peace, confidence, and fulfillment in their lives. I've supported K12 to college students, retirees, LGBTQIA+ folx, and those from various cultural and religious backgrounds with concerns from anxiety, to trauma, to episodes of psychosis. I use an integrative style unique to each individual.
Common approaches I use are client-centered, CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness and compassion based modalities.
New beginnings, anxiety, depression, loss – whatever it may be, I want to support you in not only finding meaning in these experiences, but to one day thrive from them. I hope to support you in this chapter of your life.
