My therapeutic approach is to tailor my knowledge and practice to what best suits my particular client. Most importantly, I have a collaborative approach, which simply means that I work with my client to develop treatment goals and I check in often to evaluate progress and identify barriers. I value the time and effort my clients dedicate to their self-growth and work in an efficient manner, incorporating evidence-based practices to ensure the desired change and transformation my client longs for.

I am well versed with trauma-informed practices which are based on neuroscience and include identifying maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors that at some point were adaptive; however, in the present moment no longer serve an individual, as the context of the individual's life has likely changed.

I find that what is most important in therapy, however, is the dynamic relationship an individual has with his or her therapist. Clients have described my work as genuine, transparent, and transformational.
