I help women and teen girls heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem so they can feel more confident, grounded, and whole.

I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support emotional healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.
Many of my clients are high-achieving, self-aware women who feel overwhelmed by pressure, guilt, or people-pleasing. Others are teen girls trying to find their voice and make sense of complicated emotions, relationships, or family dynamics.
