Therapy is a safe and confidential place to work through difficult emotions and stressors. My approach to therapy is to collaborate and work with you like a team. We create a personalized treatment plan for your specific goals and wants out of therapy. I have a problem-solving and educational style to therapy. It is important to understand why we are experiencing the emotions and symptoms we have and to work toward making changes to ease these. I focus on the here-and-now so we can problem solve, and develop tools and strategies. I like to communicate with your other doctors, so we can improve your treatment plan and outcome.
I am certified in Relaxation and Stress Management, Hypnotherapy, and Biofeedback. These therapies significantly help with anxiety, panic, pain, and sleep.
I provide Telehealth services, which allows you to have your therapy appointment through the use of your computer or mobile device.
