My Approach to Helping

Through life, we experience many changes - graduations, relationship changes, role developments, professional transformations, and so much more. Changes can feel very uncomfortable and uncertain. There are many ways we can healthily adjust to life shifts. Therapy is a space where you can freely and safely explore the discomfort and uncertainty in your life.
In therapy, we will work together to explore your current situation, find solutions to address those tough emotions, and create a plan for lasting change. Big journeys begin with small steps, so we will work at a pace that is right for you, right now. You likely have an idea of what you would like to work on or what you would like to discuss.
