My Approach to Helping

No matter what you’re going through, whether it be life transitions, anxiety, grief, or depression, there is hope.

Using pieces of traditional therapies, I hope to create a unique therapy experience for all of my clients. Through a collaborative effort, I like to have my clients leave feeling driven and accomplished. Let’s also not forget to insert playfulness wherever we can.

Forming connection is a huge part of life. In the room, I’ve noticed its beneficial for my clients to notice how they create (or isolate from) connection. Using wonder and inquiry, I explore as much as I can about you. Tell me the details that make you.

I work well with young adults and couples going through life changes and those suffering with depression, anxiety, hyperkinetic behaviors, perfectionism behaviors, obsessional thinking, grief, and loss.

Please, connect with me to set up a session today!

More Info About My Practice

Currently, I am solely telehealth. I have found that the comfort provided by our own homes has given telehealth sessions an air of openness and fun. Seeing my clients in their natural worlds of their houses and meeting their families (this includes fur babies!) have given me opportunities to learn so much more about them. During my first sessions, I engage clients about telehealth - want to know how this experiences works for you and create our safe place.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Totally understandable. Not only are you going to share important parts of your self, you are sharing with another person. I believe the relationship we co-create is vital to creating safety for vulnerability to follow. Do not hesitate to ask me more about a therapy relationship and your expectations of such a relationship.
