Through therapy and working together, we can explore what maybe triggering your stress, anxiety, depression, or substance use and identify healthier ways of dealing with it. We can also work on increasing your insight to challenging times in your life and becoming more proactive in your response to these periods.

Reach out to schedule your first appointment. At the first session, we can discuss what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of it, identify your goals, and how we can work on you achieving those together. Please call or email me to schedule your first session. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. When we meet you'll be able to share about the reasons you are seeking therapy at this time, we'll gather some background information, we can explore how I may be able to assist you, and discuss how we can collaboratively work together for your betterment. I'm here for you.
