My Approach to Helping
My first goal is to help my clients reduce their symptoms and difficulties. I believe anxiety, stress, and depression are the underlying issue for many of the issues we face. Through developing rapport and a trusting therapeutic alliance, my aim is to collaboratively work together towards your goals for therapy. I have found that mindfulness, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle are an integral part in decreasing symptoms and living a happy life. I have an eclectic approach, but feel most comfortable utilizing Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Client Centered therapy approaches.
