As a certified eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) practitioner, and life coach, I integrate powerful, research-supported techniques to help you process trauma, regulate emotions, and build sustainable change. I know firsthand how hard life can be. As a Veteran who once faced homelessness, divorce, and the aftereffects of traumatic brain injury and PTSD, I deeply understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed and lost. But I also know the transformative power of excellent therapy. Today, I’m a happily remarried father of four, living a life filled with purpose—and now it’s my mission to help others find their path to healing too.
