My Approach to Helping
Inside another day of the same vicious cycle, feeling “not good enough.” The anxiety is mounting and you feel like you\'re suffocating slowly. Depression is weighing you down to the point where you don\'t want to leave your bed, fearing yet another day. Being in your own skin is intolerable and you\'re barely able to keep your head above water. You’ve done everything you thought would make you happy but happiness still seems unattainable.
We will collaborate on goals that are realistic, achievable and time sensitive, and steps will be taken to ensure progress is made each week. Homework assignments occur weekly, so that you can put your newfound learnings into practice in the real world. ‘Give a man a fish, and you\'ll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you\'ve fed him for a lifetime.
To only give you answers means you’ll only have a temporary solution. However, by teaching you the principles that lead you to that answer, means you will be able to create your own solutions in the future. I will ensure that our time together is meaningful and that you will equip yourself with the necessary tools to navigate the chaos and confusion of Life.
