I believe a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust is essential for successful treatment. I offer a safe, judgment-free setting where people in therapy may explore their challenges, fears, and hopes. My therapeutic style is tailored to each person’s specific needs and goals and utilizes techniques from reflective, insight-oriented, behavioral and cognitive modalities. This approach has proven to be very effective in treating anxiety, school difficulties, major life transitions, and relationship issues.
