I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who graduated with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Dayton. I have worked in a college counseling setting as well as with adolescents in an Intensive Outpatient Group Program. I'm also a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio. I work with teenagers and adults as well as parents and families. I believe we all have the capacity to change and to experience the fullness of life and look forward to talking with you wherever you are on your journey.

I enjoy working with people in life transitions as they struggle to understand themselves and the world around them. I also work with parents and families as they navigate the intricate relationships they have with each other so they can become closer.

Starting therapy can be scary. Reach out to me today and we can discuss powerful next steps as you begin a therapeutic journey.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is an opportunity to work deeply on the Self. Through awareness and insight, we all have the capacity to grow and thrive as humans. Psychotherapy not only helps with symptom relief but in creating lasting change for each individual to become wildly successful in their lives. I believe every person can benefit from psychotherapy as we all have more potential for personal growth.
