My Approach to Helping
My personal philosophy of counseling is to consider therapy a partnership between you and me. I will empower, encourage and support you in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, which includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Talk Therapy, and Holistic Therapy. My main goal is to improve the quality of your life and your relationships with others.
In my free time, I love to hang out with my family and friends, work out and walk my two dogs. I love to relax by reading, kayaking and meditating.
