My name is Maryanne Nicholls and I?m a registered psychotherapist and Martha Beck life coach. I specialize in helping people who are suffering from stress, anxiety, and/or burn-out; what I love and value about the work I do is seeing people go from feeling like their situation is hopeless to feeling calm, balanced, hopeful and in charge again. How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Stress isn't a stranger to me - I've lived with it most of my life, forever striving to "better" my lot in life against what seemed to me as overwhelming odds.
I do know what it's like to feel alone and also know through experience and my own personal work and journey to health - both emotional and physical - that no matter where' we're from or how we began, we can life the life we desire, free of stress or worry.
