My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed psychologist and the owner of Tobin Psychological Services, P.C., a private practice in Fort Collins, CO. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, and provide counseling and therapy services to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and struggling with life transitions, to name a few (please see the "Practice Details" tab for additional areas of practice).

In therapy, we will work together in a non-judgmental, supportive environment while working on the steps necessary to implement change and help you achieve a more fulfilling, satisfying life. While it is not always easy to start on the path towards change, you don't have to do so alone.
