My Approach to Helping
Your concern right now is with finding someone who can help you find answers to your questions and relief from your symptoms. For this to happen you need to feel confident that a connection will be made, your needs will be understood, and that you will receive meaningful help that will make a difference quickly. Helping you to get your life on track is my priority.
I help people experiencing the pain that can arise from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship loss, high sensitivity, and other life challenges. This is accomplished not by impressing you with what I know or what I can do, but instead through leading you to what you know and showing you how to turn that knowledge into action.
