My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals who are seeking to become their most authentic selves. I walk alongside my clients to address life transitions, anxiety, depression, or unresolved traumas, and the unhealthy coping skills we develop when these issues are left untreated. Together we work with these struggles, instead of against them, and learn to form a healthier, more whole self.
Utilizing a blend of psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and experiential therapy, I collaborate with my clients and provide them with the knowledge and tools they need to walk through life with a stronger sense of self.
No matter where you are, it’s never too soon to start caring and working toward being your most whole, centered, authentic self.
