My Approach to Helping
There are times when daily life can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to know where to turn for help. You may be feeling down or anxious and find that these feelings are interfering with your functioning at home and at work. This may be due to a relationship that has come to an end, a divorce, the loss of a loved one, or another change in your life situation. Sometimes it is unclear what is causing feelings of sadness, irritability, or nervousness.
Counseling can offer a safe space to explore your feelings, help you to sort through them and to find solutions that work for you.
