My Approach to Helping
A satisfying connection with the important people in our lives is so important to our well-being. Sometimes, however, signals get crossed, communication goes off track, and we can feel isolated, scared and alone. It is not always easy to manage our own emotions, and the resulting anxiety and depression can impact our relationships in ways that don't feel good. While we all have normal fluctuations in our moods, it's nice to have some tools to better cope and to soothe ourselves when we start feeling out of control of our feelings. I love helping people find the balance between accepting what they may not be able to change and identifying ways of improving upon things that are in their control.
