How Psychotherapy Can Help

By addressing these issues together, you and I will be able to work on healing old emotional wounds, to uncover and understand any self-destructive patterns or behaviors that are playing out. In turn, we will look to replace these patterns with new, more supportive behaviors and beliefs that will help you move closer to the life goals you envision for yourself.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Therapy is a financial commitment. It is an investment in yourself and your capacity to become more mindful of negative patterns and equipped with tools to promote change which can lead to more effective thoughts and behaviors. The ability to think and behave constructively can impact your current and future relationships, work, health, and even your finances.

I believe that investing in therapy is an act of self-care and it can be a continued commitment in your overall wellbeing, promoting success in life.

Choosing your therapist is a delicate decision. The impact of therapy is as effective as the relationship between client and therapist and because of this I find that the best way to determine if a clinician is right for you is to schedule a session and meet with them.
