My Approach to Helping
Have you been watching your child or teenager struggling socially and emotionally and wondered what the best way to help might be? Counseling services can help young people to manage big emotions, develop skills to be successful socially, and embrace the best parts of themselves. Through the use of approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness, I find that many children and teens can increase their self-esteem, feel grounded, and make positive connections to others. I strive to help my clients reach their full potential in a way that is caring, safe, and engaging.
