Whether you're an individual or a couple, I can help you navigate issues related to anxiety, trauma, burnout, stressful work environments, difficult life transitions, perfectionism, and relational challenges.
Together, we'll explore what’s beneath the surface and how your life experiences and relationships have impacted you. We’ll work together to process what you are experiencing and make sense of what has led you to this point. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore who they are, identify what they need, and foster personal growth.
As a former journalist turned tech marketer, I deeply understand the pressures of stressful work environments and how they can fuel anxiety, stress, and fear, impacting life beyond the office.
