My Approach to Helping
Finding the right support during stressful situations can be overwhelming and distressing. I am a bilingual therapist, fluent in both Spanish and English. I am passionate about supporting individuals, families and couples in navigating current stressors impacting their lives currently. If you are looking for someone that will provide a space for you to explore the current difficulties impacting your life without quickly jumping to conclusions and stereotypes, I am interested in providing that space. I have experience working with anxiety, depression and other life stressors and I believe that therapy can provide practical tools to assist you during these times. I also have experience working with families and couples and believe that relationships can impact our mental health that is why there could be a lot of value in addressing our relationships in a non-judgmental space.
