Some common struggles include relationship conflicts, depressionanxiety, anger, work, marital problems, school issues, peer relationships, and family stress. I work with adults & teens to help them understand and communicate their personal wants and needs appropriately.
I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, family conflict, peer relationships and life conflicts. My approach is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy, but I also incorporate a person-centered approach. Therapy is a healthy way to gain skills to better your life and cope with struggles.
