My Approach to Helping
I utilize psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed to treat a wide variety of emotional issues. What does that mean? My goal through therapy is to improve your self-awareness so that you would have a clear understanding of your current behavior, which might have been caused unconsciously by past experiences.

Therapy is a safe place in which you are able to speak about how you feel in an open and supportive environment. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and empathetic environment so you can share your internal struggles and problematic behaviors.
I provide a sliding scale and complimentary 15minutes phone consultations to all who are seeking a safe place to rediscover and accept themselves. I am also a bilingual therapist, able to provide treatment and resources in Korean and English.
