My Approach to Helping
We will work to understand your inner world, improve coping skills, increase self-esteem, stop self-defeating patterns, and create change. I have seen therapy result in a number of benefits, such as a reduction in depression, stress, and anxiety; a decrease in negative thoughts and self-defeating behaviors; improved social, work, and family relationships; and increased self-confidence. Together we can work to overcome the obstacles which are interfering with your quality of life.
I work with individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. I have been trained in a variety of treatment modalities and I draw from my eclectic background to determine the best way to work with each person.
