My Approach to Helping

I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for my patients. I work with patients of all ages and demographics, while specializing in children, adolescents, young adults, domestic violence, and trauma. Additionally I am a Level 1 Gottman certified couples therapist. My continuing educational pursuits include Animal Assisted therapy and trauma informed best practices. In the counseling room I utilize creativity such as art and play therapy.

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters degree from Idaho State University. I completed my undergraduate degree at Boise State University earning a Bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in visual arts.
