My Approach to Helping
We are sometimes presented with challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or just not quite like ourselves. As a therapist, my greatest passion is providing a fresh perspective and working with clients as they learn to navigate these difficulties and regain a sense of empowerment and joy.
I strive to provide a warm, supportive, collaborative environment and utilize evidence-based practices in my therapeutic approach. My approach to counseling is holistic and wellness-based, and I am a firm believer in tailoring my treatment plan to fit the individual needs of each unique client.
I work predominantly with young women dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, eating disorders, transitions, relationship issues, family conflicts, and more. My goal is to help you recognize and use your strengths to create the life you want.
