My Approach to Helping
I completed my studies in Psychology in 1992. Since then, I have trained and practiced in different parts of the world. Before moving into private practice, I worked for more than twenty-five years in non-profit and mental health organizations offering clinical therapy and clinical supervision to university students and other professionals.
My experience of serving as grief, mental health and trauma therapist taught me that finding relief from the symptoms is one step in stepping forward into the rest of your life. It’s the beginning of the journey, not the end.
Mindfulness therapy and a non-judgmental and seasoned mental health therapist can help uncover our inner wisdom and capacity to heal emotional pains.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
We all have times when we feel down, stressed out or overwhelmed by something happening in our lives. Therapy can help us develop our ability to solve problems and deal with the natural challenges in life as we move forward.
