My Approach to Helping
Therapeutic Approach: I am a firm believer that our past affects us, but it does not define us. My therapeutic approach is designed to understand where you come from while helping you work toward your future goals. I utilize various therapeutic techniques to engage my clients toward change and an insight-oriented lifepath. I strive to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with all my clients based on trustworthiness and transparency.
In my free time, I am busy enjoying time with my family and friends. I enjoy running, listening to music and I listen to various podcasts. I love animals, especially giraffes, and enjoy spending time outdoors.
