My Approach to Helping
We all face challenges in life like the death of a loved one, experiencing challenges in a relationship or going through some life transitions that can weigh us down and feeling depressed. Please, know that you do not have to travel this road alone. You do not have to allow the stress and anxieties of life define you! As you enter the therapeutic relationship, I want to convey to you that there is hope, that you can be whole again and live a life of purpose. You are worth it! You matter! You are significant!
My training and experience come from a varied background. I have worked with individuals grappling with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to grief and bereavement. Each individual is different, and as such needs to be treated uniquely.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
What I love about being a counselor is witnessing the bravery and the growth in the people I have helped. It takes courage to open up your wounds and become vulnerable. So, I feel honored to partner with you on the healing journey.
