On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Therapy can be long, uncomfortable, and extremely difficult at times. But, that discomfort usually does not compare to the amount of emotional pain that you suffer the other 23 hours of the day when you are alone with your thoughts and emotions. If your not in therapy working to resolve those issues, then over time, you are probably allowing those issues to fester, worsen, and snowball into something far worse.
