My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling with issues related to the pandemic? Do you have a difficult time regulating your emotions? Is your anxiety depression causing conflict on your every day life? Is the pandemic affected the peace of you and your partner?
I offer a warm, engaged and collaborative approach in my work with you. Initially we discuss the difficulties you are currently struggling with, what you would like to have happen, and then design a plan for how you can best move through life challenges and create meaningful and lasting change. My training, education, and experience has been in providing evidence based practices and culturally sensitive services to both teens and adults seeking assistance with their challenges.
You will be met with a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore new options to succeed in life. Our time together will allow you to have another person fully there in your corner to listen, ask meaningful questions and support you to actualize the life and relationships you truly want and deserve. My approach in our work together is holistic, dynamic, and client-centered. My eclectic approach utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person Centered Therapy to help understand your unique experience and why you may feel “stuck”.
