Our first over the phone consultation consists of 30 minutes and is free. During this time, you can ask as many questions as you would like about therapy, my style, and what you hope to achieve in order to help ease any concerns you may have. This will also allow you and I to see if we are a good fit and if my approach will be able to work with your needs.

Individual Sessions

My fee is $100- 150 per individual session; however, I do provide a number of sliding scale slots when available for those having difficulty with payment.

How long is each Session?

Each session is approximately 50 minutes long where we discuss problem areas and look for solutions and new coping skills to implement. I typically like to see clients once a week in the beginning to get a good idea of how to best support you. After some time it becomes standard practice to move to every other week when your symptoms reduce and you are able to cope more effectively.

Cash, venmo, and credit cards are accepted.

At this time, I do not accept insurance. I am able to provide you with a super bill upon your request. With this super bill, you may be able to submit this form directly to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement (if applicable, please contact your insurance company first).

My Approach to Helping

Are you struggling with issues related to the pandemic? Do you have a difficult time regulating your emotions? Is your anxietydepression causing conflict on your every day life? Has the pandemic affected the peace of you and your partner?

I offer a warm, engaged and collaborative approach in my work with you. Initially we discuss the difficulties you are currently struggling with, what you would like to have happen, and then design a plan for how you can best move through life challenges and create meaningful and lasting change. My training, education, and experience has been in providing evidence based practices and culturally sensitive services to both teens and adults seeking assistance with their challenges.

You will be met with a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore new options to succeed in life. Our time together will allow you to have another person fully there in your corner to listen, ask meaningful questions and support you to actualize the life and relationships you truly want and deserve. My approach in our work together is holistic, dynamic, and client-centered. My eclectic approach utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person Centered Therapy to help understand your unique experience and why you may feel “stuck”.

As a DBT therapist I will assist you with learning new skills that you can use with your current situations and also apply them to future situations. My goal is to help clients learn new ways of coping and maneuvering through difficult situations so they can achieve the life that they want.
