I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Fees: Consultation

Our first over the phone consultation consists of 30 minutes and is free. During this time, you can ask as many questions as you would like about therapy, my style, and what you hope to achieve in order to help ease any concerns you may have. This will also allow you and I to see if we are a good fit and if my approach will be able to work with your needs.

Individual Sessions

My fee is $125 per individual session; however, I do provide a number of sliding scale slots when available for those having difficulty with payment.

How long is each Session?

Each session is approximately 50 minutes long where we discuss problem areas and look for solutions and new coping skills to implement. I typically like to see clients once a week in the beginning to get a good idea of how to best support you. After a while it becomes standard practice to move to every other week when your symptoms reduce and you are able to cope more effectively.

Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be subject to pay the full session fee.


Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.

At this time, I do not accept insurance. I am able to provide you with a super bill upon your request. With this super bill, you may be able to submit this form directly to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement (if applicable, please contact your insurance company first).

My Approach to Helping

I offer a warm, engaged and collaborative approach in my work with you. Initially we discuss the difficulties you are currently struggling with, what you would like to have happen, and then design a plan for how you can best move through life challenges and create meaningful and lasting change. My training, education, and experience has been in providing evidence based practices and culturally sensitive services to both teens and adults seeking assistance with their challenges.

You will be met with a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore new options to succeed in life. Our time together will allow you to have another person fully there in your corner to listen, ask meaningful questions and support you to actualize the life and relationships you truly want and deserve. My approach in our work together is holistic, dynamic, and client-centered. My eclectic approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person Centered Therapy to help understand your unique experience and why you may feel “stuck”.
