As a therapist, I will be collaborating with you and structuring therapy around your goals and what you want to change. My perspective on therapy is a learning opportunity to explore strategies for living a full and happy life. Whatever changes you want to make will be the focus of our work together. We all have times in our lives where it can be difficult and a struggle. We have inherent strengths, self-determination, and resiliency to aid in recovery, overcome adversity, heal and live a meaningful, fulfilling, empowered life.

I will closely alongside you go on a journey of creating paths and gaining skills to get to where you want to be, who you want to be, healing through feeling and being the change you want.
