My Approach to Helping
Hi! My name is Manal, and I am so happy you are here! Life can be beautiful and oftentimes challenging, and it is such a privilege to walk alongside you on your life’s journey. I believe all individuals have the answers and tools within themselves, but sometimes our life experiences and negative thought patterns get in the way of our authentic selves.
No person is alike; however, I believe it is safe to say that you want to be seen, heard, and to feel safe. I want to meet you where you are at, and create a safe space for you to explore and practice tools in and outside of sessions. I use an eclectic psychological approach rooted in strength-based and evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of individuals. Having a sense of humor is also welcomed!
My ideal client wants to address and explore anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, adjustment issues andor life transitions, negative thought patterns, grief and loss, and dating issues.
