My Approach to Helping
Are you facing the challenges of overwhelming life circumstances, depression, anxiety, grief or loss? Often, the thinking patterns we have accumulated throughout our lives are operating below the surface and become the very things that get in the way of the life for which we long. We may not be able to change the situations that happen to us but we can change how we perceive them and how we respond.
With years of experience my passion is working teens and adults to develop a plan to create a happy, healthy, thriving life. I specialize in working with ADHD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and managing daily life stressors. With a foundation in CBT and aspects from other approaches I can provide you with the necessary tools.
By going on this journey with you I understand that therapy requires a significant investment of your time both during and after regular sessions, thus may lead to better relationships, solutions to specific problems and relief of negative emotions.
