My passion lies in working with you to make the changes that you want in your life. We identify the goals that you have whether it be concerns around food and weight, coping with anxiety or depression that has been holding you back from taking new steps, difficulty managing the aftermath of traumatic events, or working to disentangle yourself from addictive behaviors. Based on your individual goals, past therapeutic experiences, and preferences, we work to identify the approach that will best suit you. I work especially well with those who have had prior treatment or therapy and felt like they have not obtained the results they were hoping for.
