Being able to trust another person may not come easy, however my approach is to provide a safe, open, non-judgmental space for trust to sprout and ground its roots. I will join you right where you're at, supporting you unconditionally. I will encourage your exploration as you gently begin to recognize and work with places of pain, patterns that may be getting in your way of having healthy/positive relationships, or may be preventing you from thriving in your life. I will empower you to look at yourself honestly and to be courageous. With my genuine passion for this work, I'd be honored to join you in discovering ways to have a more successful and fulfilling life.
