More Info About My Practice

At this time I am only providing teletherapy. We will meet on a HIPPA secured app (closely related to FaceTime). Many of my clients enjoy this way of doing therapy because they can be in the comfort of their own home or essentially meet with me from anywhere to ensure that they get therapy.

My Therapy Focus

The mission of my practice is to empower women to reclaim their purpose, find their way back to themselves and restore hope. I also help with everyday issues such as work-related stress, anxiety, self-care, and help you improve your coping skills so you can get back to baseline quicker than before.
