My Approach to Helping
Feeling seen and understood is healing. When we do not feel seen for who we are, we can lose sight of ourselves and what makes us unique. When we are not accepted, we can begin to feel disconnected, depressed, or disillusioned with life. If left unaddressed, this can grow into a nagging emptiness and unsuccessful attempts to avoid the feeling. Life can feel like a chore under the fog of this mental struggle. My services are for those who struggle with feeling lost in life, in transition, rediscovering who they are, experienced, race-based trauma, anxiety, depression, or identity as intuitive.
My work as your therapist is to act as your guide in the journey back to you. To support you in your path in unlearning ways you ignored your true self and learn new ways to embrace yourself fully. By giving you the tools and a safe space to express yourself healing begins. Within my work, I take a person-centered, integrated approach to my services to help you move toward your goals. My goal is to help you reach your goals and feel like YOU again.
