My Approach to Helping
I love working with clients that are seeking peace. Whether it be struggling with anxiety, healing from trauma, experiencing disordered eating, or going through relationship conflict, therapy can be a space to work towards a sense of calm. I strive to help my clients work towards more intentional living and connected relationships. Through psychotherapy (talk therapy), I can help you learn effective coping skills that you can quickly, easily use for managing stress, regulating your emotions and improving communication. These skills can benefit anyone at any point in their life.
