I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for you to process what may be going on in your life through virtual telehealth therapy. My approach is trauma-informed and centered around you and your strengths in the midst of life's challenges. Together, we will explore what you may be experiencing now, as well as what may have happened in the past. You are the leader in this journey, and I am here to bear witness to your experience.
