I believe that healing occurs through the relationship between the therapist and the individual. I am committed to being a therapist that listens, challenges you, and is a consistent source of support as you begin your journey of personal and relational growth. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment in which the individuals I am working with can explore their pain distresses while also working to create meaning and growth. I believe that each person is unique and comes from their own unique "mess". I believe that gaining a better understanding of your own personal "mess" is vital for growth both personally and relationally.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Everyone has difficult things that happen in their life. I love getting to be someone that can walk along side someone in a time of need.
I love being able to watch my clients transform as they grow throughout the process of therapy.
I love getting to provide a nonjudgemental and safe place for my clients.
It is really an honor to get to go on the journey of life with the people that I see.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Deciding to go to therapy can be a big and difficult decision. It can be a bit terrifying to let another person into what can seem like the mess of your life. Reaching out for help can be a difficult first step but it is also a sign of strength and courage. It does not mean that you are weak or flawed. Reaching out for help means that you are willing to invest in yourself and your life.
