My Approach to Helping

Great things never came from comfort zones. I aim to create a supportive environment for you to feel both understood and challenged, while providing practical tools and insight-oriented feedback. I work within a relational framework which focuses on the idea of relationships as both part of the problem and the solution to many of the issues we face. My specialties include relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, depression and anxiety, as well as life transitions including adjustment to the college and post-college phases of life, relationship and career changes, parenthood.
