My Approach to Helping
Do you ever feel too overwhelmed to deal with everything you’re going through? If so, you're not alone. There are many others just like you who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health challenges at one point or another. Others need help coping with having a loved one that may be experiencing the above. Still, others struggle with relationship problems, the death of a loved one, stress, or other issues. And these problems can often become "too much".
I can help you work through such challenges. Through therapy, I can help you to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. I am passionate about helping people overcome their barriers and begin their journey towards healing,
I approach therapy holistically and account for the various aspects of your life that are impacted by the problem you are facing. I believe that people already have strengths and resources within themselves that just need to be drawn out with a little bit of guidance. Therapy is a collaborative process and I provide a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is objective, empathetic, and nonjudgmental.
