I have experience working with a range of issues, and specialize in treating anxiety & OCD and relationship difficulties. We will work collaboratively to help you identify problematic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and guide you in learning and implementing strategies to change these cycles. We can explore why these issues developed to better understand how to overcome the patterns learned long ago. I offer support, guidance, and authentic feedback, challenging and empowering you to live a more fulfilling life.

My offfice is conveniently located just 1 block from the Rosslyn metro. I also offer online therapy sessions, so that you can get the help you need regardless of long commute times or busy schedules.

By integrating evidence-based methods within both individual and couples therapy, I have helped many clients make changes to reduce their symptoms and manage life?s challenges through a balance of change and self-acceptance. Many of my clients find that therapy helps them feel less anxious, become more confident and empowered, and develop more satisfying relationships.
