My Approach to Helping
The most important component of a successful outcome in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. My experience has taught me the value of providing a space where a person feels not only heard but understood and accepted. I offer a safe, comfortable space to accomplish this. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing various difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationshipfamily issues, and life transitions.

One area of particular interest to me is trauma survivors. I am certified in the Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model, which focuses on how trauma is impacting a person's present-day life.
