My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling with excessive and intrusive worrying that disrupts your daily life? Are you struggling with feelings of intense sadness andor hopelessness? It is hard to reach out for help which is why I am glad you are here.
I am an integrative therapist which means that I incorporate elements from different schools of psychotherapy in your treatment. The human experience is dynamic, therefore, I do not subscribe to a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts therapy, Existential therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
Life is too short to not live it on your own terms, to surrender to unwanted feelings of fear or depression, or to live with grudges and regrets.
