My Approach to Helping
(**I AM CURRENTLY DOING ONLINE AND TELEPHONE THERAPY) I treat all forms of anxiety, depression, and stress, and provide strategies for relationship difficulties. I love to help people overcome things like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems (family, friends, partners), show them how to cope with sleep difficulties, loss (separation or death), and find new more fulfilling directions in their lives.
I also work with people who have suffered a traumatic past, through war, tragedy, abuse, or neglect. My primary work with clients is to help them find and connect with themselves and with others, by increasing personal insight and gaining greater control over their thoughts and emotions. I believe this leads to greater personal fulfillment.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to the client’s needs. I offer honest and genuine care with insightful questions intended to help you find the answers to what is troubling you. During therapy, I create a caring and inviting atmosphere with an open heart and mind, to guide my clients towards greater insight and happiness.
