My Approach to Helping
Hello, I mainly work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, and Post-Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD). I also counsel clients working through relationship difficulties (with family, friends, and partners) and coping with major life transitions such as grief, loss, or divorce. Together we work to deepen your personal insight with the goal of gaining greater control over your thoughts and emotions. I am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
My years of training and experience allows me to tailor my therapeutic approach to the client's need. I offer genuine care and insightful questions to help you feel "unstuck." During therapy, I strive to create a caring and inviting atmosphere with an open heart and mind, to guide my clients towards greater insight and happiness.
