My Approach to Helping
I believe that you are the expert on your life experience. I will work collaboratively with you and/or your child to find an inner sense of calm. I use and teach mindfulness as a powerful tool to find mental space and freedom. I will help you find a place inside of yourself that is a calm retreat and then teach you how to use this calm place no matter what chaos and struggles life throws at you. I hope to help you foster joy and peace in your life in a way where the problems of life feel manageable. I believe that there is immense hope and I want to help you find your own hope.
I can help you or your child engage with their emotions and thoughts in a new way. Anger, anxiety, depression, and shame do not have to rule your life anymore. Freedom from the control of these emotions is possible. Allow me to walk with you to show you how.
